1 can whole kernel corn
1 stick butter melted
2 eggs
8oz carton sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix.

Use all fluid in corn. Mix all ingredients and pour into a 2 or 2 1/2 quart greased casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40- 45 minutes

1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping
3/4 cup cornflakes pulverized
1/2 cup nuts chopped (optional)
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 stick butter

mix the fist 6 ingredients together and back at 400 for 30 minutes

for topping-- blend brown sugar and butter on burner (not hot)
