			<title><![CDATA[ We're back from MI! ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ We drove 6 hours in the snow last Friday night to western PA (30 miles from the OH/PA border), and spent 2 days there.  We trialed and visited with friends,
then packed up around 11:00 a.m. on Sunday and finished the 7 hour drive to Ionia, MI.  The horses traveled great!

We rode for 4 hours on Saturday, 3 hours Monday, 5 hours Tuesday, 5 hours Wednesday, and close to 8 hours on Thursday.  On Friday morning, we hitched up (in
the pouring rain), loaded up and headed back to Western... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Remember I posted a few weeks ago I needed to find a new horse that was smooth and spookless! LOL  Well I found my boy.  He is a 14.2 hand TWH gelding.  He has
a big trail walk but after and hour and a half of riding today my back is not hurting AT ALL!!!!  I haven&#39;t been in the saddle for over a month and I&#39;m
just not sore.  Now tomorrow may be different but I could walk when I dismounted.  Which by the way he stood by my step stool for me to get down too.  ( I have

going to have some speed . I am not pushing her. I am so proud of her! I am really attached to her. I think she has a home with me for life.

			<title><![CDATA[ Travel Question ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I have a small 2 horse step up bumper pull trailer with manger.  How do you offer water to the horses?  There&#39;s a small door in the front of the trailer
that allows us to put extra hay in the manger and check on the boys when traveling, but I can&#39;t imagine trying to water them through that.

Both boys are excellent drinkers away from home.

incapacitated for 6 weeks... Well, I got her healed up and rode her Saturday and Sunday.. Saturday she was her old self, Sunday she was a poke and made me
realize how strong a horse Tucker was... Then when we got home, she &quot;FELL&quot; out of the trailer while turning around... Skinned up her back leg with

			<description><![CDATA[ Well I have a problem too I guess.  Ok I was just told I have serious spinal issues and bouncing and falling are out of the question.  I refuse to give up
riding. Maybe stupid but I will not give it up.  Because Cooper isn&#39;t the smoothest gaited horse out there(the seller told me he wasn&#39;t real smooth but
coming off a trotting horse he felt smooth to me.)  hubby says I need to get a new horse.  Cooper will stay here to become the second horse for someone to ride

			<description><![CDATA[ I went up to the NWHA of Michigan . It was held at the livestock pavilion on MSU campus . Wow what a nice place the  MSU livestock pavilion is.  Let me say
6the NWHA is a nice originazation. I had a great time there the show was very very nice. Met a lot of wonderful and there was no charge to watch. Maybe because
of the economy the attendence was low. There was maybe 20 watchers Friday maybe a hundred Saturday. But the judging was great and the people showing looked

			<description><![CDATA[ With all the neighbors chores etc, I had to do, and Richard&#39;s bad knee, and joints, Friday night between the bathroom and the bedroom, his knee snapped,
and he was in dire pain... Off to the emergency room and spent the day there.... xrays, blood tests etc... You know the drill... Turns out he has bad ruematoid
Arthritis, like a 30 and should be 14 or less, AND he tore the cartlige in his knee.... Now in a splint and on &quot;happy&quot; pain pills and chair ridden,

			<description><![CDATA[ Yep, about 90 degrees here. Today I got off work early. Hooked up the ole red trailer. Made  some bologna sandwiches and chips. Threw in some Graham Crackers
for desert. Ice tea and coke in the saddle bags and I was ready to go! When he got home we went on a 2 hour ride at Shelby Forrest. Gosh it was good to be out.
