Did you know that you can have a blog on your profile??
I have one - and it's a good place to keep up and/or journal things that maybe you don't put on the board--

So-- if you want to give it a try--
click on Account by your profile name at the top of the forum
Click Edit Profile Layout
see the inactive blocks-

Click on my blog and then click enable.

Long board names

I can now "fix" the people that have really long board names-- such as --- gare.gaitedhorsesense is now just showing up at gare

Anyone that wants me to fix their name-- just reply here or send me a PM. It really doesn't bother me - but at first YUKU didn't have a way for me to fix it.

It seems Fort DFodge has some issaues with there WNV vaccine. The following link is very graphic and disturbing. I am not telling anyone what to do but just be aware of some issues about this vaccine

I think I like the first one better -- for now.

Keep in mind that we can change the graphic if we can find another one we like and furnish him with a jpeg file. I didn't have the other logo in...

Hi Everyone!! Since we have grown so much this week I wanted to say thanks to everyone that has made this board a success!

Hi Everyone! What an exciting couple of days huh??

I have just made our community ad free-- for everyone.

I DO have the option of making the ads still appear for guests. I'm not going to do it yet, but if our page views by guests continue to be so high- and we are charged on every view-- members and non members, I might have to change the settings to keep the costs down.

So-- give it a little bit-- and if you see ads...

They are coming-- and they are terrible!!!!!!!
But-- they do not have a "community chest" set up yet - lots of people on support chat are asking for it but the way it is set up- not many people like it.

The pricing will be based on "views" and since our views are over 50,000 for the month-- it will be more than the $6.00 quoted -- for 50,000 views I think it will be about $10 a month.

So-- if anyone would become a Yuku Supporter -- for $7/6 months...

I've been over at support.

1)-- Members or Admin cannot delete profiles at this time-- but it is coming

They also suggest-- clear cookies and cache on your computer

and this too-- but I don't know why--

Claudia, get them to check the time on their clock.

Now that I can get on and do more things, like access my profile, there are still some features, like using smilies ( I have that checked), changing fonts and colors ( I can't see that feature) that I can't access. What's wrong????

If this was on EZboard I didn't know it--
If you go into your profile and click edit layout-
Click setting
And then click photobucket to the right
You can "link" your photobucket account to your Yuku account
THEN- when you click on the insert image from photobucket - icon to the left of the smiley face-- it brings up a box that has your photobucket pictures in it--

SO COOL!!
